Choose the membership category that best describes you. Applications are reviewed by Alliance administration before membership is activated.

Founding Member period: September 2–November 30, 2026Applicants approved and paid during this 90-day period receive permanent Founding Member recognition in their approved category.

Your usual weekly hours determine whether you select the $50 Substitute or Relief Educator category or the $75 Early Learning Educator category. The Parent & Family Connection is $10 per enrolled family—not per child or parent—and is connected to an active Alliance provider member.

Early Learning Educator

$75/year

Educators who normally work more than 20 hours per week, including home-based providers, assistants, teachers, directors, owners and program leaders.

After you submit this application, Alliance administration reviews it before sending the correct secure Stripe payment link. Educators can upload proof of their role or provide a license or registry reference. Student applications require enrollment proof.

  3. Receive the secure payment link after approval
  4. Complete payment; Alliance verifies it and activates your card
Educator or provider verification

Tell us your professional role. You may upload a child care license or registration, employer letter, professional credential, training certificate, or other supporting document. A degree is not required to apply. If your role does not require a license, explain it in your notes.

PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB. Documents are private and available only to authorized Alliance reviewers. Redact Social Security numbers, birth dates, home addresses where unnecessary, and any child information. Membership does not certify licensure, accreditation, or professional qualifications.
Provider referral or sponsorship (for Parent & Family Connection memberships)
One membership covers the enrolled family. Please do not enter a child’s name or private child records.

Payment-card information and private child records are not collected. Save the application number shown after submission. Confirmation emails are not automatic yet. Alliance administration will contact you after review; verification files stay in the portal.
